The White Cane Club (WCC) is a branch of the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH), established in 1966. It is managed by a dedicated team of visually impaired and sighted volunteers who work hand in hand to create an inclusive and supportive community. The Club organises a variety of social, recreational, and welfare activities to enhance the quality of life of its members, who range from teenagers to seniors. Through these programmes, the WCC aims to promote friendship, independence, and active participation among persons with visual impairment.
