SAVH will be conducting a client survey in April 2021. This survey aims to understand the relevance of our service to you, and gather feedback to make strategic changes that will serve you better.
We will be randomly selecting 400 participants across the different age groups amongst you, our clients. When you are approach by our volunteers over phone calls, we hope you can agree to participate in the survey and provide us with your objective and honest feedback. Your support will be invaluable. As a token of appreciation, we will be mailing participants of the survey with a $10 NTUC voucher.
